Get to know the Team:
You will be joining the Marketing team, where the focus is on new customer acquisition via Integrated campaigns that are a mix of promotional, seasonal and tactical strategies to drive sign up through our owned and paid digital channels.
The secondary focus is on retention via an Always On content strategy that demonstrates Timo’s product benefits to consumers with the promise of speed, ease of use and transparency in banking.

Your role:
The ideal candidate must possess a passion for writing and an ability to create engaging content and successful marketing campaigns that aid in creating company growth. You will be responsible for generating exciting and compelling stories on both digital and print sources of media.

Responsibilities:
● Manage Social Media Channels along with the Senior Content Specialist.
● Ideate and plan to increase engagement and conversion via Timo Social Media channels e with regular quizzes/FAQs/ minigames etc.
● Handle official social media queries actively.
● Write at least one blog per week
● Write relevant email content continually.
● Create engaging, relevant and inspiring content that are in tune with youth to engage with Timo on Social channels.
● Coordinate with the design team to plan and deliver imagery / posts / banner ideas for all channels that Timo amplifies it’s message.
● You need to ensure that one or two posts will be published everyday.
● Write content for posts and publish to Timo channels daily
● Keep up to date on current market trends as basis for content ideas. Independently carry out relevant analysis on current market trends for content ideas.
● Innovate ideas and gather materials for content creation purposes.
● Report and analyse the performance of content across channels via use of Google Data Studio or equivalent reporting tool that best suits you.

Qualifications:
● We are looking for a positive, passionate and proactive candidate who may be a student or recent graduate with ideally a Bachelor or Master’s Degree (or equivalent).
● You must be a team player, a quick learner, result-oriented, persistent and passionate about creating content.
● You will be given challenges every day, so a creative approach for delivering great results with minimal managerial supervision is required.
● Good writing skill in both English and Vietnamese
● Skills in graphics designing is a huge plus.
