Mô tả công việc
A. Inventory and Copy
• Ensure informative and engaging product content and making sure the content strategy for each product is implemented correctly;
• Review & write inventory copy for assigned products;
• Self-edit and audit existing and new inventory copy;
• Edit and upload inventory photos;
• Translate product copy to the relevant language;
• Write inventory copy templates;
• Publishes special offers/exclusive deals/promo banner (as required);
• Edit Exclusive Deals terms and conditions (as required);
• Write landing page section names.
B. UGC Moderation
• Moderate user reviews for the assigned product;
• Follow up and take action on negative reviews by informing related stakeholders through Asana or Zendesk;
• Remove inappropriate content based on relevancy or language;
• Provide report on insight from user review to be used as feedback to supplier/partner;
• Input inventory copy into the relevant Content tools/database;
• Review and edit product subtypes and themes;
• Moderate geo locations and coordinate any changes with Accommodation team;
• Supervise review moderation and follow-ups.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• One to two years’ experience writing for an e-commerce company;
• A graduate of any communication course;
• Has experience working for a publication company (a plus but not a priority);
• Has good writing skills, paying attention to coherence, structure, grammar, punctuation, etc;
• Social media savvy;
• Experience in SEO is a plus but is not required;
• Experience in using CMS tools for both content publication and performance report;
• Collaborative and has a growth mindset.
