Do you enjoy tackling to-do lists? Do quantity and quality excite you? We are looking for a talented individual to work on the team that keeps content flowing at Scalable Press. As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for ensuring that user-generated content is moderated quickly.

What you’ll do
● Moderate a variety of user-submitted content for adherence to Scalable Press guidelines.
● Adhere to a 24-hour service level agreement to maintain a consistent flow of user content to the site.
● Flag and escalate violated content to the team for appropriate action.
● Carry on other administration and operation tasks if need be.

● Energetic and productive; you possess a fantastic time management skills and a drive to get things done
● Someone who thinks outside the box, and has a passion for maintaining quality
● Superior learner; you have the ability to retain information and pivot quickly when processes change
● Excellent typing ability and data entry skills
● Confident self-starter who is inspired by challenges and has an eye for identifying inefficiencies and process improvements
