As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for ensuring that user-generated content is moderated quickly. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is fresh out of school, self-motivated, detail oriented, and customer-centered. ● Review and regularly monitor a variety of user-submitted content against established guidelines and across multiple sources: The marketplace, search engines, Internal moderation system, Social media, Email notices
● Take down violating content
● Flag and escalate violated content and user accounts to the relevant team for appropriate action

● Excellent typing ability and data entry skills
● Confident self-starter who is inspired by challenges and has an eye for identifying inefficiencies and process improvements
