1. Summary
• Pulse by Prudential, is an all-in-one digital app and first-of-its-kind in the region to offer holistic health management to consumers. Using Artificial Intelligence (AI)-powered self-help tools and real-time information, Pulse serves as a 24/7 partner to users, empowering them to take control of their personal health and wellbeing anytime, anywhere.
• The Pulse Content Marketing Manager is tasked with creating, managing and implementing content on Pulse app and related online platforms (microsite, email) with an audience-first-mindset. S/he will work closely with cross-functional teams, content creators and partners and will require excellent interpersonal and communicative skills, as well as demonstrate sound leadership and decision-making ability. S/he will be expert on app, get familiar with analytic tools and know how to utilize data in formulating a content strategy that bring Pulse traffic, convert that traffic into new leads for the business and nurturing those leads to close into customers.
• Report to Head of Pulse Marketing.
2. Key responsibilities
• Orchestra Pulse content strategies, managing all aspects of content on Pulse and across all online platforms (microsite, email)
• Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts the audience to Pulse, engage with Pulse and convert that traffic to leads through CTA and lead-generation content.
• Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through app, email, and partnerships.
• Manage and work closely with ongoing partnerships with in-house and external content producers, designers and data analysts.
• Design and implement creative marketing campaigns to disseminate content.
• Know which platform different kinds of content are best suited to.
• Ensure all content produced matches the tone and style and guidelines of brand.
• Establish closed-loop analytics with Sales to understand how Pulse in-app activity turns into customers, and continually refine the process to convert customers.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• 5+ years of working experience, a minimum of 2 years of responsible leadership experiences in management or supervisory position.
• 3+ years of experience in content, digital marketing, mobile app marketing
• Experience with Google Analytics, CMS platforms, especially mobile app, desirable
• A passion for creating and maintaining quality content
• Experience creating and managing content across a range of platforms, especially in-app.
• Video editing experience would be a bonus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Have start-ups, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to multi-task.
