Content Marketing Leader

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

- Research to become a master in understanding workplace design industry and trends
- Identify preferences, expectations, and ultimate needs of the audience, i.e. workplace designers
- Develop and manage a rich editorial calendar to attract a qualified audience to our platforms and calendar/deadlines met
- Find unique angles and articulate interesting subjects to drive engagement and traffic to Saltmine’s different platforms (website, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Orchestrate digital effort across platforms, coordinating with other departments for offline channels
- Measure content performance by analyzing content marketing tools or by working with sales and customer success team to close the loop

REQUIREMENTS:

- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- Excellent communicator with an editorial mindset
- Experience in creating content for the web and growing a social audience
- Strong independent research skill
- Exemplary writing and editing in English
- Understanding of basic SEO techniques
