Content Marketing Executive

I. Job Description:
• Be in charge of all activities in publishing the CISS Journey including:
o Planning, idea-making and arranging editorial content
o Translate and edit content
o Ensure newspaper is release and distribution on time.
• Be in charge of all content activities of PR & Marketing department.
o Plan and provide content orientation for all publications, events and media channel including: Facebook fan page, brochure, leaflet, film, video clips, manuals, invitations
o Ensure the completeness as well as timing for all contents.
o Translate English document if necessary.
• Be accountable for Event activities :
• Organize schedule all photos / videos for all events.
• Support and prepare all admin work

II. Job Requirements:
• Minimum Degree: Bachelor’s degree in journalism/media/marketing or related majors;
• At least 2 years’ experience with the same positon. Familiar with education environment is an advance.
• Logically thinking, creative, able to create ideas and launch innovative marketing campaigns on modern communication channels.
• High teamwork spirit & responsibility.
• Having highest level of integrity & long-term commitment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to take photos, videos and other design software, video editing is an advantage
• Ability to organize work independently as well as a team player , ability to observe and handle problems quickly and effectively.
• Careful, meticulous, confidential.
