1. Title: Content Marketer/Operation Manager at Korean edtech in Hanoi
2. Position: Operation Manager
3. Job Details
1) New user acquisition
-Planning and designing marketing content (video, dynamic/static image) for new user acquisition
-Improving marketing performance by establishing and implementing effective acquisition strategies
-Devising strategies for brand marketing and brand recognition
-Analyzing target market, trend and users
-Developing and implementing measures to increase organic user volume
2) Social Media channel management
-Managing QANDA’s social media channels including Facebook and Instagram
4. Working Conditions
- Working Days: 5 days per week
- Working Hours: 8 hours per day
- Working Place (Location): Hanoi
5. Annual Salary: (USD) 10800 ~ 12000 / year
6. The Term of Contract: 12 months

1. Degree: Bachelor
2. Experience
- A quick learner of the latest trends of global education market
Experience in mobile/IT marketing
Experience in A/B testing for marketing content to improve the efficiency in each marketing distribution channel
Ability to analyze data and gain insights to achieve better performance
A good communicator
3. Skills/Licenses: English speaker is a must, fluency in Korean is a huge plus!
4. Language: English(Fluent)
