Content Leader

70% Content Creation and Management

• Write, edit and produce timely multimedia content based on trending topics, using own

research and as assigned.

• Manage the schedules for content publishing and updates on the owned channels

• Build and cultivate a network of high-profile freelance writers, experts, influencers to

collaborate with Gapo.

• Ensure all published content meets quality standards, published on time and produced

on/below budget.

• Working with other in-house teams, designers and production staff to negotiate and

monitor timescales for stages in the publishing process.

• Control and Orientate Gapo’s content strategy in the near and long future.

30% Team Management & Training

• Manage a team of Writers and Interns, providing training, support and creative

direction to meet 100% content target.

• Build the team of writer networks that strive to deliver inspiring, accurate and original

content that helps Gapo become the most qualitative and engaging source of lifestyleoriented information and multimedia.

• Min. 3 years in digital media, writing/editing.

• Excellent idea generator and with strong writing as well as how to concept and execute

diverse story types.

• Photoshop, and GIF-making skills preferred.

• The ability to stay ahead of trends and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
