Content and Community Executive is expected to deliver an excellent content to enhance current customer experience at SSA and recruit new customers. If you love the power of wording, initiating purposeful content, delivering strong message and product benefit to meet consumer need, and especially loving kids and their development, this role is ideal for you.
Responsibilities
• Work with MKT Associate to plan and execute appealing content to recruit new customers on online/offline activities
• Lead community building activities both online and offline through social platforms (vid, pic, text), in class activations, tournaments and other parent-kid bonding activities.
• Produce and work with our designer for briefs & production of content.
• Lead media to build SEO, forum seeding, publications
• Be the champion to collect feedbacks from parents
• Work with other departments for marketing campaign execution
• Assisst the brand manager in other tasks

• Prefer Fresher who have experience with content creating as internship or activities
• Having event experience is a plus
• Proactive, well organized, detail-oriented and interested in initiating and executing new things
• Good at Vietnamese and English communication
