The aim of the School of Communication & Design over the next 3 years is for RMIT Vietnam to be acknowledged as having the most respected creative school in Vietnam.
The role & key responsibilities
In conjunction with the Head of School, Heads of Department and SCD Events Coordinator, the Content Developer and Social Media Coordinator will plan, implement and manage the public-facing profile of SCD through the use of social media, web and other platforms. A significant part of this role will be to create and edit rich-media content in Vietnamese and/or in English, for use across a range of platforms.

English proficiency requirements
If English is not your native language then you will be required to demonstrate a minimum English language proficiency standard at a BULATS Advanced level (BULATS score 75), equivalent to IELTS (General) 6.5. RMIT Vietnam will require you to complete a BULATS test to assess your level of English before an offer of employment can be made.

Key selection criteria
Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communications or Digital Marketing
A portfolio to present work samples is required
Experience with the development and management of a dynamic social media presence and its analysis
Effectiveness through the use of social media analytics tools
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite applications used to create and edit a range of media content
Experience with audio-visual equipment used to capture content for use on online platforms
Good copy-writing skills
Proficient in English and Vietnamese
