Content Creator

• Manage all Home Baker Channel’s social platforms
• Create creative, engaging, compelling and on-strategy content on tight deadlines for a variety of digital and marketing properties including, but not limited to all Home Baker Channel’s social platforms
• Review and edit all copy for grammar, style and accuracy of all materials relating to Home Baker Channel, ensuring style is appropriate with Rich’s branding guidelines
• Reviews and recommends metrics for analyzing success of digital materials and use findings to optimize future content creation
• Maintain knowledge of innovation in digital content space and platforms so that all content can be adapted to specific digital channels and digital marketing activities while maintaining a strong brand identity, communication consistency, and tone of voice
• Work with in-house departments as well as outsourced agencies to create and manage all Home Baker Channel’s digital materials
• Other duties as assigned

• Frequent in English
• Educated to degree level in media studies, communication studies, journalism, PR or an equivalent specialism, preferably within a digital media environment
• At least 1 year digital or social copywriting experience. Food blogging writing experience preferred
• Excellent working knowledge of major social media channels
• Some knowledge of still photography and an eye for shots that will convey necessary messages of the design. Design skills is a plus
• Proactive and highly organized, with strong time management and planning skills, able to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
