Content Copywriter

Content Copywriter is a member of Communication team – Marketing department. The position takes all duties and responsibilities of brand’s message publication under CMO direction. Content Copywriter is expected to expand the INTEK story with right channels and outstanding ways.
• Write program documentations such as quick start guides, release notes, tutorials, and other related materials
• In collaboration with Academy & Curriculum department and Brand Marketing team, generate and review all internal communication materials
• In collaboration with Brand marketing, create all marketing and communication materials (contents for PR, Marketing, Advertising, Corporate, Social Media)
• Translate into English or Vietnamese, when appropriate, for all types of content
• Follow Marketing Plan and Implement content strategies promoting program features
• Implement and Manage the documentation repository so to keep it usable, searchable and scalable
• Keep track of documentation progress according to the release schedule and marketing campaigns
• Perform duties that may be assigned by the CMO
• Take the lead in selected projects as delegated by the CMO

REPORTING TO: CMO

Essential requirements (skills, knowledge, experience and qualification):
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience. Journalist, marketing or communications degree is a must
• Experienced writer (both Vietnamese & English) a plus
• Experience in marketing preferred.
• Very strong grasp of the English language and translation
• Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
• Prior experience in the education or technology domain
