Mô tả công việc
1. Planning
- Make the Monthly sale plan by dealer, by MTP-G, Product Mix
- Planing for the account expansion
- Achieve sales target: Volume - Revenue - Accounts
- Sales area managing: Hanoi, Bac Ninh, Bac Giang, Thai Nguyen, Lang Son, Cao Bang, Bac Kan, Hung Yen, Ha Nam
2. Sale Execution
- Distributors:
+ Well management (Inventory, finance…) & well supporting to ensure deliver the monthly sale plan
+ Monthly recruite new distributors to expand the sale channel
- Sub-Dealers:
+ Support Distributors to connect sale with Sub dealer
+ Develop Sub-dealer to be direct dealer or distributor
- Receiving customer feedback and handling customer's complaint
3. Market development
- Survey market and propose new candidate to develop sale channel
- Studing & Finding key source of growth for comming year in in charge territory
- Update and report the market's activity
- Survey and update demand forcast (by Dealer, by SKU) based on market information
4. Others:
- Follow up admin task, trade activity, promotion
- Contribute & support for Makerting activity event, conference, campaign…
- Follow sales process: Stocks, order and payment
- Manage daily, weekly, monthly activities of Local staff (if any) and coaching for their success

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales
- Interpersonal skills, negotiation skill, proactive, leadership and working under high pressure
- Good at English skill
- Willing to business trip
