Mô tả công việc
*Summary:
- Report to Head of Consulting and Customer Service
- Be responsible for hands-on roles which involve the day-to-day running of continuing projects.
*Accountabilities:
- Accountable for timely delivery and estimated effort of project assigned tasks, Change Requests (CR).
- Accountable for the deliverables of all the work packages delivered in the project according to project schedule which has
been planned and agreed between project PM and client. The Schedule might include project milestones of the project CRs
and the whole project itself.
- Accountable for the final solution with functional specification documentations and related documentations
*Responsibilities:
I. Project implementation phase: Mainly responsible for collecting, analyzing, and advising business processes for customers
during project implementation, including basic technical work.
Functional activity:
• Collect, document and analyze customer business requirements in term of business processes and reporting requirement.
• Provide consutation and drive customer requirements to the system stantdart processes and domain best practices
• Identify GAP between customer requirement and project scope of work. Escalate to project manager for validation and
final dicision.
• Configure the application based on the approved requirements documents.
• Provide user training including train the trainers and train end-users
• Coordinate with users for UAT, get the sign offs
• Validate and perform data migration as project scope of work.
• Provide end-users support during project golive phase (pilot and mass rollout)
Technical activity:
• Develop simple procedures, reports according to business requirements in project scope of work.
• Perform report testing, functional testing of the deliverable, document the bugs and the resolutions
• Liaise with development team to analyze, design and test the requirements in case of complexity one
• Perform backup/restore and configure the environments according to project requirement.
• Software bebug in database level in order to identify root cause of problem and transfer to development team for product
fixes.
II. Maintenance & support phase: As a solution lead and can handle CRs
• Collect, document and analyze customer change requests(CR) according to company's CR process.
• In case of CR able to handle by Consulting & Customer Service Department:
o Provide solution to response to customer CR in productivity way.
o Provide or validate the resource estimation
o Coodinate with Functional Consultant Head, Technical Consutant, Customer Support to deliver change request end
to end.
• Liaise with development team to analyze, design the CRs in case of complexity one which need to develop by Product
Department.
III. Others:
Support other activities according to assignment from Consultant lead in sale, presale process and other’s requirement of
company strategy.

- Knowledge about DMS, ERP processes
- Experienced in deploying DMS and ERP systems
- Good at business analysic, business process mapping skills
- Understand software system architecture techniques and Structure Query Language (SQL)
- Good at report development tools such as DevExpress, Visio,…
- Good at support tools such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Excel, ..
- Good communication & presentation skills
- Problem solving, ability to handle different situations
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Good at English
