Construction Technical Project Manager

1. HR
- Leading teams of other specialists’ engineers (Structure, M&E, architects)
- Define organization of his team according to the workload, write job description and manage recruitment process

2. Business and budget
- Manage the budget actual and forecast, alert in case of deviation and propose solution to adjust.
- Handover from the businessowner the budget and define targets for each work package.
- Organize the construction work packages to contract design and realization

3. Design
- Develop procedures, templates and process of specification and design tracking to ensure compliance to DEEP C rules procedures.
- Handover the overall specification from Sales and Marketing to write a general specification
- Manage and write the detailed technical requirements (quantity, norms, ratio…) specific for logistic building, offices and others with the business owner support. Find the state-of-the-art references when not existing.
- From Detailed technical requirements write detailed technical specification to start request for quotation process
- Manage the execution of design and organize gate reviews with business owner to approve concept design detailed design …
- Manage compliant permitting process to achieve execution of the project in the required timeline.

4. Tendering
- Be a strong team player and be able to interact will with other staff internally and with vendor partner.
- Have good connection with Architects, Contractors and Developers to select wit procurement team a set of contractors and ensure compliant competition.
- Supervising tendering procedures and putting together proposals, assessing the technical compliance.
- Assessing the potential risks of specific projects, as well as undertaking risk management in specialist roles

5. Execution:
- Define the gates milestones to ensure perfect compliance of execution with technical requirements
- Contract 3rd party certification body
- Manage and approve gate reviews

6. Background:
- Team player, compliant and able to take initiatives
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil)
- Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering - Civil / Construction / Structural / Waterproofing /M&E or equivalent
