Mô tả công việc
1. Set up & fulfill Department target and make strategy plan to achieve Dept's target
2. Find and evaluate subcontractors.
3. Make plan with BOD for invest new building.
4. Make design, quotation, plan working for new project.
5. Control cost, schedule, safety ,quality of project.
6. Organize, promote or cooperate and fullfil any related company activities like committees, projects, audits and training.
7. Build a working culture in the direction of the Board

1. Graduated from universities of construction, architecture.
2. Computer literacy (Word, Excel).
3. Ability of logical thinking and analysis.
4. Ability of communication in English (speaking, writing).
