Construction Site QA/QC Manager

*** Job Description
QA/QC Manager report directly to the Project Manager and has the overall responsibility for assuring that all project activities are performed in accordance with the project-specific quality plan, activity plans, approved procedures, and contract and client requirements.

*** Job R&R
∙ Ensure the client's contractual requirements are clearly understood and applied
∙ Planning and developing the necessary documentation in connection with the implementation and follow up of Quality Programs for project completion
∙ Prepare and develop the Quality Plan and Quality section of the PEP
∙ Prepare and develop the QA/QC procedure related to the Quality Plan
∙ Prepare draft of the detailed Audit Plan for the project and Audit Procedure
∙ Ensure audit report is prepared and retained
∙ Set up the Quality KPIs and will be monitored for the project
∙ Support preparation of project-specific documents necessary for quality
∙ Support other quality-related activities as required
∙ Document and report the results of actions related qualitiy activities
∙ Report quality status informally at regular project staff meetings
∙ Provide input to the monthly progress report and schedule updates
∙ Monitoring of Issue of the NCR and CAR
∙ Developing inspection and test plans (ITP)
∙ Control of the Inspector qualification
∙ Control and make plan of third party inspection
∙ Make plan of training and perform the training

*** Qualification
∙ Education : Bachelor's degree with engineering or construction major

∙ Experience :
- at least 10 years of construction experience and 5 years LNG Terminal PJT experience are required.
- at least 8 years of quality experience as manager are required.

∙ Language : Vietnamese/English (Fluent in reading, writing and speaking)

∙ Certificate : AWS, ASNT, NACE, Lead Auditor (IRCA)

∙ Software Skill : Microsoft Excel / Word / Powerpoint

∙ Preference
- Familiar with various construction methods, materials and welding control,
and knowledge about international standard & code.
- Personality of leardership, consistency and independency
- Possible to enter other country for survey and audit.
