- supporting PM regarding BOQ, Tenders for main-con and sub-cons, procurement, timeplan
- in charge of construction plan incl. making finance (FS, Tax) and land analysis, permit, construction
- Management of legal issues, contract, permit regrading construction
- Report construction issues in Real estate and investment weekly/monthly/yearly

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor Degree of Real Estate, Architecture
- Preferred Master degree in any major including MBA.
- Making Feasibility Study for Real Estate Project, Residential/hospitality/office with green field and brown
- capability to understand basic drawings and design
- Minimum of 5 years experience in similar position
- Self-motivated and Leadership as team leader
- MS office (Excel, Word, Power point)
- Previous experience in real estate sector such as capital, developer, construction and so on.
- English (both Oral and writing)
- Preferred Master degree in any major including MBA.
