Mô tả công việc
Design development:
• To work closely with architects, project managers and related staff to support the development of design in all stages for a project;
• To review designs by consultants;
• To estimate and review cost submitted by consultants, suppliers, contractors;
Construction project management: within the authorized responsibility and under the supervision of Project Manager
• To work with contractors/ suppliers for site supervision ensuring that the project in charge is running in accordance with the approved design/ specification and within the approved project schedule/ plan.
• To work closely with contractors on site ensuring that works are carried out to specific standards and that any problems that arise are quickly resolved
• To carry out defect inspections and attend promptly and efficiently to any problems that might occur during construction, installation, and completion process of the project.
Renovation management: within the authorized responsibility and under the supervision of Project Director and Branch Manager;
• to carry the renovation work for existing campuses & offices;

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Background: University degree in Structural engineering;
- Working experience: 5-10 years in relevant construction / design industry;
- English: intermediate level;
- Willing to travel (both in Vietnam and overseas)
- Vietnamese only
