Conformity Engineer / Quality Engineer

Activities

- Be the relay to Commercial team and Suppliers to make sure that all Quality requirements are well known and understood
- Give technical support to Commercial team
- Be part of evaluation of products and packaging before the selections and ensure that required specifications are followed and targets can be fulfilled
- Conduct Suppliers evaluation and check that their process and controls guarantee the requested quality
- Define Quality Requirement of the selections done in local in accordance with French and EU regulations / norms
- Conduct the appropriate risk analysis of the products and Suppliers in order to adjust the quality requirement
- Responsible for the proper implementation of the defined control plan
- Check 3rd party tests reports and inspections reports and approve them
- Respect of the planning and leadtime
- Follow and solve the non-conformity with the Laboratories and Suppliers
- Follow tests and leadtime with Laboratories
- Evaluate the laboratories
- Drive continuous improvement of our products
- Be proactive in overall performance of the Quality Management System

Education: Engineer level

Experience:

A first significant experience in the manufacture, quality and control of products is preferable.

Experience in laboratory can be considered but priority will be given to candidates with experience in a buying office and in charge of following hardware articles (Furnitures, Tableware, Stationery, Christmas decoration, Apparel).

Competencies:
- Knowledge of European standards and regulations related to our range of products
- Knowledge of manufacturing process
- Able to conduct audit
- Ability to propose solutions
- Proficient in using IT tools: office automation, business applications
- Vietnamese and English

Personality:
- Good organizational skills
- Must be able to work in autonomy with dynamism
- Good communication skills
