Concept Design Architect

• Prepare client presentation and presents design concepts and drawing/ presentation graphics for proposal if design is required.
• Originates and develop creative design concepts and the design documents during design development if design is required.
• Coordinate consultant drawings and technical information if handing projects.
• Coordinate preparation of tender document/review tender document if handing projects.
• Coordinate tender procurement process which includes calling tender, participate in tender interview and finalize award of contract if handing projects.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and authorities.
• Ensure that construction works carried out are in accordance to the drawing, specification, project program, procedures, work instruction, ect. if handing projects.
• Oversee/monitor progress of on-site work and resolves arising issues if handing.
• Attend meetings with design team and co-ordinates with all discipline involved in projects (e.g architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical, interior design and landscaping.)

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• 3 – 5 years’ experience
• Sound technical knowledge.
• Good at in Sketch-up, Autocad & Photoshop (Revit is preferred).
• Communication skill, spoken and written English and Vietnamese.
• Familiar with Building By-Laws, submission and local fire requirements an advantage.
• Resourceful in project administration, management and inplementation if handing projects.
• Keen to work in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam for project assignments.
