Concept Architect

• Work as a part of the Concept Team under supervision of the Concept Director.
• Take lead in the creation and development of the Concept Design for each project.
• Guide and work out architecture and interior design concepts up.
• Responsible for effectively running of one or more design projects in parallel.
• Managing a team of 3d designers.
• Bring your creativity and practical knowledge to the team working with you.
• Report regularly to the Concept Director on project performances on the strategic and time planning for projects.
• Report on any necessary corrective action needed or on any work required or carried out which is outside the conditions of engagement of that project.
• Bring a WoW factor to each new Fusion Concept Design and set the new standards when creating 3D designs
• Bring passion to design
• Direct project staff in the production of the services.
• Monitor the performance of project sub-consultants for whom we are responsible and take immediate steps to overcome non-performance or other difficulties.
• Ensure that inward correspondence is directed to the appropriate person and that prompt and adequate and timely response is made to the matters raised.

• Be very knowledgeable with the appropriate software needed for the creation of designs
• Have sufficient knowledge of Architecture and Interior Hospitality Design
• Have at least 5 years of experience with Hospitality projects.
• Any other tasks as assigned by the Concept Director.
