Computer Network & MIS Maintenance Assistant Engineer

• Responsible for the administrative and technical functionality
• Developing the computer system in a way which is user friendly for the team and other employees
• Troubleshoot for issues related to Operating systems, network issues and software up gradation or installation
• Check and ensure systems are updated and perform system diagnosis repair and update at regular intervals
• Upgrades of hardware and software systems.
• Track and monitor security of hardware and software systems
• Update Anti virus regularly and share necessary information with users regarding potential risks.
• Conduct regular backups to maintain data integrity
• Assist in maintaining and updating of web site and intranet.
• Network management, web-site maintenance, and trouble shooting.
• Maintain Business Analytics program for internal users.
• Data analysis and reporting
• Maintain process for Management to request reports and support.
• Participate in product development and implementation.
• Regular data back up
• Miscellaneous duties/projects as assigned.
• Follow up the instruction from management team and functional supervisor for daily works.

** Education:
BA/BS in Business with an emphasis in electronic or computer science or network management or MIS related profectional.

** Technical Skills and Prior Experience:
- At least 3 years experience in the company or group computer network maintenance or system facility set up or computer hardware and safety ware maintenance in foreign company is preferred.

** Must be PC proficient and able to thrive in a fast -pace setting. Proficient in Data base and ERP operation as well as skill in operate Excel software and program.
