Composites Senior Sales Representative (Work Place: Hồ Chí Minh)

We're looking for an experienced Composites Senior Sales Representative, based in Ho Chi Minh office, to join our Commercial team. It is an ideal position for people who have or like to be a major part of challenging, dynamic and professional working environment of allnex Vietnam

Responsibilities:
1. Actively and profitably sell allex products pertaining to the Composites market in Vietnam; as per the company
strategy;
2. Grow the allnex Composites business in Vietnam through sales to new and existing customers;
3. Analyze and understand the market movement through market study in composites industry both technically, commercially and dynamically;
4. Report monthly on market and customer status.
5. Participate in forecasting and budgeting processes for his/her accounts;
6. Regular customer visits – 10 per week in order to know their current needs and new project developments;
7. Communicate with external organization/customers relating to technical and marketing issues;
8. Work closely with purchasing department on the raw materials movements and trends;
9. Oversee product development and design, launch new products and monitor sales performance;
10. In conjunction with Marketing create of technical value propositions and technical product commercialization, with production of technical data sheets, brochures and launch packages;
11. Transfer marketing information and customer requirements to R&D , raise R&D project and set priority based potential CM contribution and future needs;
12. Represent the organization in forums and conferences within specific area of application expertise;
13. Follow allnex SHE policy

Qualifications & Skills
1. Degree in Marketing or Sales preferably with a background in Chemistry
2. At least 5 years progressive managerial experience in composites sales and marketing, research and/or related field.
3. Good leadership and management skills with proven track record.
4. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
5. Fluently English communication both writing & speaking.
6. Team player
7. PC literacy for report generation and preparation
