***Responsibilities
FINANCIAL
• To actively and profitably sell allex products pertaining to the Composites market in Vietnam; as per the company
• strategy;
• To grow the allnex Composites business in Vietnam through sales to new and existing customers;
• To analyze and understand the market movement through market study in composites industry both technically, commercially and dynamically;
• To manage all aspects of his/her accounts;
• To prepare and submit the monthly sales reports;
• To participate in forecasting and budgeting processes for his/her accounts;
• To evaluate and report on competitor’s selling prices and activities;
• To prepare target business plans and actively pursue those targets;
• To make competitive analysis on competition.
CUSTOMER
• To actively visit customers in order to know their current needs and new project developments;
• To offer quotation to customer whenever required;
• To introduce new products to customers;
• To communicate with external organization/customers relating to technical and marketing issues;
• To provide technical support to customers in order to generate new business.
INTERNAL PROCESS
• To communicate with Composites sales team relating to market, commercial and technical issues;
• To participate in sales/marketing meetings and activities whenever required;
• To communicate closely with purchasing department on the raw materials movements and trends;
• To communicate with the Technical department relating to technical issues;
• To communicate with Customer Service to provide efficient and effective service to customers.

***Qualifications & Skills
• Degree in Marketing or Sales preferably with a background in Chemistry
• At least 5 years progressive managerial experience in composites sales and marketing, research and/or related field.
• Good leadership and management skills with proven track record.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Fluently English communication both writing & speaking.
• Team player
• PC literacy for report generation and preparation
