Mô tả công việc
We are new company that manufacturing for big customers such as Adidas, Nike, Under Amor ,VF...now we are looking for a talent Social Compliance Teamleader who are responsible for monitoring and implementing the Compliance system to comply with local law and buyer’s requirements:
- Establish, implement, maintain and improve standard and management system of compliance in the company, such as Wrap, Better work, Fair Trade US, Smeta, C-TPAT , Higg Index and buyer’s standards
- Periodically arrange and prepare material for Internal & External audit for full compliance.
- Leading of Internal & External audit and update the CAPs to customers
- Lead, guide and supervise EHS activities such as: first aid, fire-fighting, labor accident, chemical safety, environment, health,other safety events...
- Prepare comments/questions/action plans for all internal, customers and 3rd party social compliance
- Other tasks assigned by General Manager and Headquarter

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduate from Environmental Technology or related major;
- Experience : At least 01 year at the same jobs.
- Good English skills, especially reading and writing
- Computer skill in word, excel, Power Point, outlook
- Ability to perform well under pressure and team work
- Pleasant, honest , harworking and flexible personality
- Good at communication and presentation skill, problem solving skill, management skill…

- Working location : Nhon Trach IP , Dong Nai , Chau Duc IP, Ba Ria- Vung Tau province
