Compliance Supervisor

* Purpose of the Position
Ensure the factory complies with social responsibility, complies with Vietnamese law, customers' requirements and COC of MH

* Responsibilities & Duties
- Welcome and work with auditors, customers about social compliance (Compliance)
- Operate and control the SA 8000 system (SA8000)
- Work with Production team to improve NC (Non-Conformity) (HSE, SA8000,HR, C-TPAT)
- Take the main responsibility in all customers, third party and government audits about social compliance. (HSE, SA8000, HR, C-TPAT)
- Make the annual CSR (HSE) plan, Training plan (HSE, SA8000)
- Investigate the labor accident and give measures to prevent accident (If any) (HSE)
- Make risk assessment and control safety in factory (HSE)
- Report to director/MH monthly (HSE)
- Check HR dept. about salary, benefits, payment, insurance, … as Vietnamese law (HR)
- Organize the internal safety audit weekly or the continuous improvement of the SA 8000 system and to be responsible as a lead auditor (SA8000)
- Control C-TPAT at factory (C-TPAT)
- Collect employees’ opinions (Compliance)
- Brainsafe training (HSE)

* Academic & Trades Qualification
- Bachelor of Art (Business Administration, law, Economy ... ) or relevant level
- Priority is given to candidates who have ISO certifications, SA8000 Certificate, OHSAS 18001 Certificate; ISO 14001 Certificate; ISO 15489 Certificate
- Train the trainer Certificate

• At least 3 years experience in HSE, 3 years experience in Social Compliance
