Mô tả công việc
1. Labor safety
- Responsible for supervising and reporting occupational safety at the company.
- Set up procedures, regulations and plans on occupational safety
- Training on labor safety for staffs.
- Provide labor protection equipment, control labor protection equipment use
- Discover safety issues and propose solutions for improvement or remediation
- Prepare the necessary permits for work safety
- Update and implement laws, standards and policies on labor safety management, contact with labor safety agencies.
- Develop a risk management plan and organization in the area of safety
- Participate in developing the plan and organizing an internal assessment of occupational safety and labor hygiene
- Advising and proposing the application of advanced technical equipment, scientific solutions, for labor safety activities
2. Fire protection
- Promulgating regulations on fire safety
- Develop a fire fighting plan
- Organize annual drills of fire fighting plans
- Assigning tasks to the fire prevention and fighting team to regularly inspect fire prevention and fighting means
- Advising the Board of Directors in the prevention of fire and explosion in the factory
- Directly direct fire fighting and evacuation when incidents of fire and explosion occur
- Checking and urging the observance of the rules of fire safety
- Organize a fire safety training course for the fire prevention and fighting team. Developing new members.
- In charge CSR.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Gender: Male
- Age: 27 to 40
- Education: Graduated from University of occupational safety /Fire protection, occupational health degree or occupational safety training certificate.
- Experiences of 2 years or more in occupational safety/ Fire protection (Priority will be given to candidates who have worked as safety supervisors for the factories)
- Fluency in English, preferably in Chinese
- Use proficient office software, specialized (word, excell, power point ...)
- Understand the rules of labor safety and labor protection/ Fire protection
- Ability to management, planning, problem solving and decision making, innovative thinking, creativity.
- Agile, sensitive to technical safety.
- Dedication, courtesy, enthusiasm, high sense of responsibility, pressure under work.
