Compliance Officer

 - Establish, implement, maintain and improve standard and management system of compliance in the Company.
 - Developing and implementing an effective legal compliance program
 - Proactively auditing processes, practices and documents
 - Create sound internal controls and monitor adherence to them
 - Draft and revise company policies
 - Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses
 - Collaborate with external auditors and HR when needed
 - Set plans to manage compliance violation
 - Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices
 - Address employee concerns or questions on legal compliance

 - Having experience as a Labor compliance or HR officer in the garment/shoes or other production fields
 - BA in law or a related field
 - Knowledge of legal requirements
 - Excellent communication skills
 - Integrity and professional ethics
 - English skill
 - Teamwork skills
 - Periodically arrange and prepare material for Internal & External audit for full compliance.
 - Prepare comments/questions/action plans for all internal, customers, and 3rd party social compliance
 - Other tasks assigned by Compliance Manager
