Compliance Officer

Mainly in charge of following topics in the factory:

1/ H-S-E (include Fire prevent & protection)
- Understand regulations and principles of HSE (include Fire prevent – protection) regulated by the government.
- Prepare the checklist of health, safety and hygiene in order to file, update, audit and follow up the respective documents.
- Conduct training on safety and hygiene.
- Receive information on accident, report, investigate and make a corrective action to prevent it from happening again.
- Monitor activities on safety and hygiene in the whole company such as exit, aisles, emergency lights, fire fighting system, PPE, annual evacuative drills, emergency evacuation, chemical areas, machines and equipment as well as holistic working for the sub contractors.
- Conduct risk analysis of HSE with preventive measure to prevent accident
- Implement internal audit periodically and conduct fire fighting team meeting monthly.
- Prepare periodic report per the government requirements
- Prepare HSE periodic report based on the government requirements
- Supervise subcontractors on occupational safety during on site operation.
- Collect information on gas, water, electricity in order to calculate the green house gas, emissions for the company

2/ Security as CTPAT
- Lead Security service.
- Plan, direct, and ensure the implementation of comprehensive security systems for protection of individuals and the properties of the company.
- Control electronic security systems, such as CCTV surveillance, entry controls, smoke detectors and outdoor perimeter.
- Investigate stealing, infringement and illegal intrusion
- Organizes periodic training courses to all security guards, company security team and the suppliers.
- Organize monthly meeting between security service and the company
- Conduct internal security audit and consolidate the report periodically
- Report security situation for the whole company on weekly basis.
- Update & follow up for all HSE & CTPAT record

3/ Environment
- Understand the current law on environment
- Ensure the rain water and waste water systems are functioning well.
- Monitor the routine of employees to release the waste water from working place such as water with oil and chemical, paint and wax into the wastewater system.
- Ensure the waste classification is in line with law on environment
- Audit all aspects of environment for the whole company and alert if any before auditors arrive.

4/ Others
- Perform other related duties as required under the direction of HR Manager
- Renew the relevant annual contracts relating to the works.

***Working time: Mon~Fri (8h-17h) & Sat (8h-12h)
***Working place: Amata IZ, Bien Hoa, Dong Nai

- Bachelor degree in Environment/ Labor & Safety or related field
- At least 2 years of practical experience in HSE or in Compliance department.
- High descipline and strong manner
- Skills in analysis, assessment, decision-making
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in the work assigned
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- English communication and report
