Compliance Officer

• Preparation and updation of the internal regulations as per the guidelines of local regulator
• Ensure that all documents, processes and internal controls of the bank are compliant with the local laws
• Maintain & Observe all internal controls closely to eliminate any possibility of fraud or other irregularities
• Conduct of Credit Process Audit after sanction of credit proposal to ensure that loan documentation is proper as per the local laws and compliance of pre-disbursement terms of sanction
• Compiling and submitting statutory reports to SBV, CIC, DIV etc. on daily, monthly, quarterly, half yearly or annual basis
• Preparation & submission of quarterly, half-yearly and annual financial statements in accordance with Vietnamese accounting standards (“VAS”);
• Correspondence with the Tax Authorities and officials of State Bank of Vietnam or any other local authority.
• Updating and disseminating various guidelines issued by SBV & other government agencies for their implementation
• Keeping abreast of new decree/ circulars to be issued by the State Bank of Vietnam or other Authorities and amend internal policy & procedures accordingly

Educational Qualification: Bachelor OR Higher Degree from University in Economics, Banking, Finance, Accounting, etc.

Age: Maximum 35 years

Banking Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of related working experience in Compliance Dept of any Bank/Credit Institution

Other Skills Required: Fluency in English language is a must & Proficiency in MS office

- Salary Range: Negotiable
- Annual Leave & 13th month salary as bonus
