Compliance Officer

Compliance means conformity of certain standard. Every textile industry should maintain a moderate working condition for their employees.

You will be fully responsible for all our partners’ factories quality process and customers’ audit requirements.
You will work under the supervision of the office manager and merchandising manager to make sure our partner’s factories are perfectly aligned with our customers social and technical standards requirements.

You will ensure process is applied in factories, potential problems identified, and reported to management.

RESPONSABILITIES:

- Responsible for audits and CAP follow up with our factories in Vietnam and Cambodia.
- Responsible for factory assessments.
- Control the factory CAP application process.
- Visit factories weekly to ensure standard is maintained.
- Update yourself with the correct procedures to stay up to date on industry standards
- In contact with certified auditors and customer quality/sourcing dept.
- Weekly reporting of the factory updates to management.

- Good command of English spoken and written.
- Good command of Chinese is a plus.
- Good communication
- More than 1 years experience in garment industry with experience in compliance procedures.
- Must be proactive with a solution/result-oriented attitude.
- Attention to detail.
- Willing to travel by bike/car/bus/plane.
- Organized.
- Motivated and willing to learn.
- Independent and hard working.
