Mô tả công việc
- Propose and draw up plans for enactment and/ or amendment of the Compliance Policies
- Draw up annual compliance plan and implement them
- Monitor over the operation of the Internal Control system
- Perform prior compliance examination with respect to routine business
- Conduct Internal Control training, compliance training, pay roll, Insurance, PIT
- Ensuring the bank operates in compliance with the AML regulations
- Establish cooperation system with supervisory authorities
- Report on the result of Compliance activities
-Legal briefing, control in/out legal documents and provide legal advices to other departments and Board of Management in relation to banking business and operations
-Other ad-hoc as requested by the Board of Management.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- A bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance / Business Laws or related major is required
- Basic legal mind is required with relevant academic background
- At least 3 years of experiences in Compliance position or internal control in banking field, legal and audit experience is highly desirable.
- Master in local regulations, especially in banking industry
- Responsibility, honesty, hard- working, teamwork spirit
- Fluent in English
