Compliance Manager

Working Location: Floor 1, Screc II Apartment, 59 Street No.4, An Phu Ward, Dist.2, HCMC

Key Responsibilities:
To ensure Four Hands is up to date across all compliance requirements (Product and Social), by continuously communicating and updating testing/auditing criteria based off of ever evolving customer and international standards

I. Product Compliance
- Covers physical product testing, all coating test requirements, specific material related requirements, certification requirements, as well as full transit testing requirements per relative product category and customer
- Four Hands Brand Product Compliance: To evaluate, evolve and maintain FH Brand standards across all product and material categories
- Customer Product Compliance: Keeps all customer 3rd party product testing requirements up to date and communicated throughout the organization
- Informs and directs testing protocols to all technical teams across all Four Hands regions (Vietnam, India, China, Indonesia, Philippines, Mexico)
- Reviews and approves product test reports in PLM for accuracy and photo representation against required testing standards

II. Social Compliance
- Review and maintain all vendor facility audit requirements to align with both customer specific standards, as well as Four Hands requirements which comply to global standards
- Guide international teams and vendors on pre inspection preparation and scheduling
- Follow up on audit results, corrective action plans and re-submissions on any nonconformances
- Maintain supplier audit/performance score card

III. Cross Functional Relationships
- Works closely with the technical and QA team, both internationally and region specifically on all product compliance, engineering and quality related initiatives
- Keeps all management, PD, QA, QC and technical teams aware of product impacts and changes regarding changing/improving standards
- Ensure that the vendor coordinating teams are aware of factory performance, both at the factory level, as well as product issues which effect production
- Companywide communication on all testing and compliance guidelines

- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role in furniture
- High level of English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Project management skills
- Product information management
- Time management skills
- Experience of Product compliance and Social Compliance
- High attention to detail and organized
- Ability to be pro-active, with a sense of urgency
- Ability to read, understand and communicate technical documentation.
- Be a self-starter, a highly motivated person able to work in a fast-paced environment that is continually changing.
- Ability to use Microsoft office
