Mô tả công việc
• Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of HSE guidelines and internal policies
• Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously
• Revise procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues
• Draft, modify and implement company policies
• Collaborate with HR departments to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations
• Assess the business’s future ventures to identify possible compliance risks
• Prepare and provide ralated documents when external CSR auditors come to audit.
• Follow the Findings from auditors and make plan for improvement.
• Prepare reports for senior management.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Proven experience as compliance manager or compliance supervisor
• In-depth knowledge of the garment industry’s standards and regulations
• Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
• Good at English
• Excellent communication skills
• BSc/BA in HSE, law, business administration or related field
