JOB DESCRIPTION
Enforcing regulations in all aspects and levels of business as well as providing guidance on compliance matters.
Ensuring the Group companies adheres to legal standards and in-house policies
Draft, modify and implement company policies
Collaborate with corporate counsels and HR departments to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations
Assess the business’s future ventures to identify possible compliance risks
Review the work of colleagues when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training
Keeping abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control
Preparing reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate
Developing and overseeing control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies
Revising procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues
Reviewing and advising contracts/agreements in Vietnamese and English;
Envolving in other legal issues of the Group companies.
Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
REQUIREMENT:
University Degree in Law, Holding Lawyer Certificate is an advantage;
Having profound knowledge of Labor Law, Corporate Law, Investment Law, Commercial Law;
Having at least 5 years experience in practicing laws in Vietnam. Among, at least 1 year experience in legal compliance;
Experience working at foreign companies in industry/factories is an advantage;
Good command of English;
Good communication, presentation, negotiation, persuasion skills.
