**Job Description:
• Provide timely update/analysis to Company management for business opportunities/ limitations under the new rules & regulations, and control properly the implementation of action plans for new/ updated regulations.
• Set-up and supervise the quality and the consistency of the internal control system and compliance of the company.
• Get involving & assist in problem solving on product/business/operational/client complaint matters;
• Contribute to the secure development of the company.
• Serve as internal legal interlocutor and co-operate with external legal counsel (legal) to prepare and/or review legal opinions, resolutions, contracts, other legal documents and projects of the company a timely and consistent manner; and supervise litigation.
• Enhance compliance permanent controls for Company by implementing policies to mitigate compliance risks.
• Deliver periodic training & perform monitoring programs to create/enhance the compliance awareness of all staff members.Make sure of the adequacy of the business risk and compliance staff with the stakes and the local risks.

** Job Requirements:
• University graduate in Law. Master degree in Law is preferable
• Good understanding of Vietnam and financial industry regulatory requirements
• Experience in life insurance companies is preferable
• Good ability to identity & solve problems
• Trustworthy, attention to details
• Good communication skills and self-motivated
• Fluent English
