JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for all supervisory and clerical activities pertaining to Competency Management System (CMS) and HR related data management to ensure the activities are performed in effective, efficient and timely manner.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITY
- CMS Administration
- Perform data entry and do proper checking on Phoebus data with regards to staff profiles (salary, personnel details..), track and updated filing system to ensure the information is kept in a strict and confidential manner and easily accessible.
- Provide support for activities related to salary and compensation administration such as Timesheet, overtime recording.
- Coordinate and undertake administrative matters pertaining to statutory requirement such as Social insurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance, PIT…
- Track the utilization of staff benefits and update all staff leave records to ensure proper utilization as per entitlement.
- Coordinate immigration matters such as application and renewal of visa/work permit to ensure compliance with VN Immigration Laws.
- Responsible for HR department data control to ensure the documents are properly stored.
- Responsible for Emulation, Reward and recreation activities
- Assigned tasks by supervisor

Enforce the implementation of applicable PQPOC procedures and guidelines and affect the compliance to statutory and legislative requirements.
- Leadership and Capability Development
Drive the development of competent working team that will enhance and sustain staff capabilities in achieving high performance delivery to ensure internalization of the right leadership and capabilities in executing jobs.

Qualification
• Degree in academic discipline
• Degree in IT would be an advantage.
• English: IELTS : 6.0 or equavilents
Experience
• Minimum of 3 years in Oil & Gas Industry
Behavioural
• Dedication, commitment
• Able to inspire and motivate others towards common goals
Technical/Functional
• In depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures and systems
• Knowledge of E&P industry would be an advantage.
