Mô tả công việc
1. Objective
▪ Responsible for ensuring fair and accurate compensation and benefits program
▪ Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations in managing foreign employees.
2. Responsibilities
❖ Compensation and benefits
▪ Contributing to the development of compensation strategies through creative input combined with data analysis and deep understanding of the company’s pay structure (market position, salary range, pay mix analysis, bonus plans).
▪ Design and implement salary scheme, compensation and benefits policies.
▪ Co-ordinate and deploy annual salary review, bonus payout processes.
▪ Design and deliver retention plan / schemes.
▪ Manage monthly payroll for locals and expats. Ensure the process and calculation are accurate, on time and compliant with the company policy and the local legislations.
▪ Responsible for SI, HI, UI insurance.
▪ Monitor to ensure proper implementation and filing of personal income tax (PIT) in compliance to the local legislation on tax for all employees. Process relevant documentations for PIT monthly/quarterly declaration and annual tax finalization. Solve related issues and participate in other tasks regarding PIT.
▪ Execute the relevant C&B reports in line with internal reports system and requirements from relevant authorities.
❖ Compliance and reporting
▪ Organize an effective filing system and adhere to the company’s requirements on compliance. Monitor and maintain sufficient C&B records in hard copies.
▪ Review incoming inquiries and requests from internal and external parties in respect of various HR information and provide accurate and complete responses as appropriate on a timely basis.
▪ Process and/or oversee the employee life cycle including (but not limited to) onboarding, job changes, promotions and terminations; and generate needed outputs such as contracts, statutory reports and management reports.
▪ Build, operate and maintain an effective HR system, specifically, personnel data, payroll, leave management.
▪ Continuously review HR processes, systems and procedures to ensure that they are up to date, relevant to faculty and staff’s needs and cost effective.
❖ Visa, work permit, temporary residence card (TRC)
▪ Manage the process of applying work permit and Visa and all necessary documents.
▪ Handle all problems which are related to any Visa and Work permit, TRC issues.
▪ Make a good relationship with Labor Department and immigration officer in order to make all application
process and negotiation be more smoothly.
▪ Handle all cancelation and extension process of Visa and work permit. ▪ Coordinate with Outsource Affiliates Company to support Visa & Work permit task.
❖ Employee relations
▪ Coordinate a full spectrum of HR services for employees from their employment confirming date to their contract end such as contracting, initial registrations, change updating, and coordinating exit procedures.
▪ Be responsible for annual performance review process for all divisions including, but not limited to, establishing schedule, following up on the progress, and preparing reports, and incorporate the performance review results into salary review.
▪ Maintain in-depth knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (e.g. labor, personal income tax, statutory insurance, trade union, etc.), partner with in-house legal counsel and be able to address various questions/concerns from management and employees in an accurate and timely manner.
▪ Guide in-charged functional Departments all policies and procedures related to reward regimes, kind of penalties or discipline disposing to ensure in compliance with the applicable law and company’s policies;
▪ Ensure accurate, up-to-date and easily accessible HR information on all appropriate platforms.
▪ Establish good relationship with both Trade Union and employees in order to better understand employee’ expectations and feedback to the company for the purposes of enhancing the employee’s morale and motivations
▪ Ensure employees compliance with company’s policies and procedures;

▪ Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all situations
▪ Other tasks and projects as required and assigned by management team.

** Application requirements
▪ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Human Resources management, Business administration or equivalent.
** Job Requirements
▪ At least 6 years of experience in C&B practices & 02 year as C&B Leader level (experience in finance and banking industry is an advantage).
▪ Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
▪ Good/updated knowledge in Labor law, Social Insurance and PIT.
▪ Good communication in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken).
▪ Good excel skill.
▪ Strong team spirit, strong self-motivated, result-oriented, logical and systematic thinking.
▪ Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with appropriate discretion.
** Compensation and Benefits
▪ Working Office: District 1
▪ Working hour: 9AM to 6PM from Monday to Friday
▪ Competitive salary: negotiable
▪ 100% salary for 2 months probationary period
