De Heus LLC is recruiting 01 C&B Specialist to join our HR Asia Team.
• Support monthly payroll for employees. Make monthly reconciliation report on total compensations to clarify the difference.
• Support the final compensation and severance allowance for leaving employees.
• Execute monthly payroll and coordinate with Finance to ensure timely and accuracy remittance for employees every month by 30th.
• Support to evaluate jobs for developing compensation and benefits program.
• Assist C&B Lead and HR Manager in participating in salary and benefit survey.
• Support social, health and unemployment insurance, personal accident insurance or other insurance benefits for employees every month upon case-by-case basis;
• Contact social, health offices and labor authorities on providing labor book, social insurance book and health care card for employees as per local law.
• Make the report to Social Insurance every month as per mandatory requirement.
• Complete the transferring procedure Social Insurance Book for leaving staffs.
• Follow the sickness leave, maternity leave...to do the payment procedure of social allowance
• Compliance with internal/external auditors.
• Job mapping, salary benchmark is preferred
• Support to implement new HR system project related to Employee Data

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University graduation, at least 5 years experience in similar position in MNC.
• Good knowledge in Labor Code and P.I.T
• Professional in MS. Excel with analytical ability.
• Good interpersonal skill in Vietnamese and able to communicate in English
