Mô tả công việc
Principle responsibilities:
• Take in charge of mandatory insurances for employees;
• Take in charge of labor reports to Labor authorities;
• Manage database of timesheets, leave, annual performance appraisal, salary history, special thanks and other figures related to C&B work and provide data upon request;
• Prepare necessary documents for new employees as well as terminated employees in terms of C&B;
• Support C&B Lead for payroll;
• Keep updated related government documents in relation to personal income tax, mandatory insurance and labor office;
• Be accountable to answer staff for C&B related concerns;
• Manage the annual emulation and award program for the Company;
• Carry out documents related to C&B work upon request;
• Implement the payroll as back-up upon request;
• Other tasks assigned by Line Manager/Deputy Manager/HR Supervisor.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Qualifications and Skills required:
• Vietnamese citizen;
• University degree in Business Management/Economics/Human Resources/Accounting or relevant degrees;
• 5 year experience in C&B work, at least 3 years; under 40 years old;
• Good at speaking, reading & writing in English;
• Having knowledge of Vietnamese labor code, PIT law and related regulations for C&B work;
• Understanding remuneration system;
• Good at using computer such as words, excel, power point especially using excel functions;
• Having accuracy, deliberativeness and analytical skills;
• Fast learner and able to deliver short term result;
• Able to work under pressure and in the multi-cultural environment;
• Confidentiality, responsibility and commitment.
