Are you a people-person who is both tech-savvy and loves communicating? Energetic and out-going? Our company is looking for a Community Manager (m/f) who loves to work diligently for the community.
Join our community managers’ family. This full-time position is based in Hanoi and will report directly to the Operation Manager. The community managers are an integral part of each of our locations and are basically their heart and soul.
The main responsibilities of a community manager at our company include (but is not limited to):
• Be the community’s most reliable person and enhance the cohesion internally and externally
• Responsible for introducing new members to our community and keep in touch with ex-members
• Guide and instruct new member to get access to and use our resources
• Create healthy, energetic environment and hold meaningful and useful events for our members
• Create a clear and unique identification of our company in this city
• Promote and introduce about our coworking space to customers
• Provide our members with great customer experience
• Deal with members-related issues
• Make sure that the working place is clean, neat and equipment facility is working fine
• Control and manage daily processes at the working place
• Always search for new opportunities to benefit our members and community
• Report directly to the CEO according to the format of our company

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree. Graduated from university in which candidate had learned subjects related to management, marketing, trade and economics for 2 years at least
• Be fluent at English (TOEIC 700+, Speaking: fluent, Priority: Able to write and check contracts / operational policies)
• MS office: Intermediate level or higher at Word, Excel, Power Point.
Preference
• Operating: Experience of infrastructure setting, operational policy establishing, event holding etc.
• CS: Customer communication, management, etc.
• Experience in marketing, social media is favorable.
• Sales experience – sales experience with different phase stages (prospect, develop and closing the deal) is preferred
Remuneration:
• Tet holiday bonus; 13th month salary bonus; lunch, business trip, motorbike parking
• Welfare policy: 2 hours break / 1 time / month
• Probationary period: 2 months with 100% official salary
• Negotiable salary according to performance
Korean language training (once a week)
