Mô tả công việc
As a Community Manager you will be responsible for creating online and offline engagement with our customers and our various stakeholders. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and you will play an integral role to ensure visibility, accessibility, and credibility for LEROY MERLIN Vietnam:
● Set, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns
● Provide engaging text, image and video content, in line with the Content Manager, for all social media and professional accounts
● Build and maintain multiple communities (customers, workers, designers) and encourage engagement
● Respond to communities’ members in a timely manner
● Identify key opinion leaders and buzzing trend to leverage on them
● Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews
● Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness
● Build relationships with customers, industry experts and journalists
● Stay up-to-date with digital technology and social networks trends

● Experience and hard skills:
○ Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role with proven track record
○ Bachelor/MBA degree in Marketing, Communication, and/or Business Administration
○ Experience planning and leading community initiatives
○ Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
○ Ability to measure and analyse website traffic
● Soft skills
○ Desire and motivation to work in a start-up environment
○ Entrepreneurial spirit: creativity, perseverance, high involvement and self-management
○ Excellent interpersonal, verbal & writing communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
● Would be considered as key advantages :
○ Experience in a marketplace or a platform business
○ Experience in setting up new brands in Vietnam
○ Experience serving inhabitants to build and improve their homes
