Job summary:
• Support communications manager organization's internal and external messages.
• Implement communication plan and make employee awareness of information which company would like to deliver
• Check employees’ feedback for message deliverable and event/campaign held
1. Establish an internal communications strategy in conjunction with senior managers.
2. Ensure that employees are aware of changes and projects within the company, distribute executive messages, prepare presentations and internal memos, and conduct meetings to share information.
3. Implementing communications plans to increase brand awareness and recognition for the organization.
4. Developing relationships with key media to secure and grow media coverage both online and offline.
5. Work with vendors, including graphic designers, event organizers, printing companies, website developers, etc.
6. Create, proofread and revise communications materials to ensure all communications adhere to corporate guidelines
7. Basic understanding about Labour Law (if any)

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1.Educational background: A relevant bachelor/ Master Degree would also be an advantage
- Major: Law, Communications, public relations, marketing, or related field
2. Experiences:
- Someone with at least 2-3 years of experience in communication field.
- Highly articulate individual with excellent written communications and presentation skills are essential
3. Skills: Fluently in both Communication, writing and reading in English
