Salary : From 20,000,000 VND + KPIs bonus
Key Responsibilities
• 45% Brand Strategy development and execution
- Strategize, develop and shape corporate communications and brand management
- Drive and advice on the development of the communications strategy across function and implementation
- Drive branding and marketing communications activities based on the established strategic corporate communications with the goal to increase brand awareness and reputation as well as lead generations to support sales
- Organize initiatives, events or press conferences; Liaise with media and handle requests for interviews, statements... etc
- Create and deliver press releases, media relations content, executive bios, corporate newsletter content, social media content, proposals. Copyedit, proofread, and revise internal and external communications & produce copy for advertisements or articles.
- Coordinate of corporate digital communications focusing on social media management, including concept development, implementation & monitoring
• 10% Internal Relations
- Direction of central internal communications to enhance internal information flow.
- Manage internal communications (memos, newsletters, emails etc.)
- Assist CEO/BCD in building strong company culture
• 20% Brand reputation management
- Responsible for the Crisis Communication Plan and execution; updates, and management of crisis communications preparedness & activity; Participates on the Brand Reputation Management Team
- Foster strong relationships with KOLs and key persons to protect and enhance brand infinity
- Daily news monitor about brands and industry
- Organization of CSR activities with the goal to build brand image
• 25% Other responsibilities
- Planning, monitoring and control of the communications budget
- Oversee expansion and maintenance of corporate website
- Team training

Skills/Experience
• Bachelor Degree or higher in Media/Marketing/ PR/ Communications or relating majors with a sound analytical skills
• At least 5 years of experience working in Communications/ Marketing
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, professional printing/publishing
• Skills are essential, including ability to present concepts verbally
• Proven record in marketing communications is an advantage
• Experience in event organization, public relations and brand building
• Be a confident communicator and presenter is an advantage
• The candidate for this job position should be a strategic thinker and planner simultaneously
• with a passion for innovation
• Good verbal and written communication in Vietnamese and English
• Good Computer literacy: MS Word/Photoshop/Power Point/Basic photo editing skill
• Project & Time management, Teamwork, Budget management
• Excellent communication in verbal and written in both Vietnamese and English
• Work both independently and as a member of the team
