Main Responsibilities
1. Viral Campaign
The Communications Officer – Viral is responsible for managing and promoting ENV’s message to appropriate Vietnamese and English audiences through a range of viral and social media communications channels including distribution lists, Facebook, and other mechanisms:
2. ENV EN Language Communications
• Work in close partnership with CPA Program Manager to expand ENV reach amongst EN audiences and develop and maintain new mechanisms to promote ENV among international audiences
• Coordinate or assist in the coordination of international media inquiries and visits
3. CPA Administration
• Maintain ENV systems and administrative responsibilities under CPA
• Manage the EN and VN contact databases and Google distribution networks
• Manage the ENV donation database
• Manage ENV’s Membership program
• Manage ENV’s photo library and send photos to the ENV Management Board weekly
• Write and submit timely assigned monthly reports and associated reporting requirements
4. Additional ENV Outputs
• Coordinate the production (design process) of Wildlife Crime Bulletins
• Coordinate the production, launch, and promotion of Black List webpages
5. Other
• Work in close partnership with the International Communications Advisor, CPA team, and CPA Program Manager to ensure quality output of communication products
• Communicate and discuss with all other members of the CPA team and with the CPA Program Manager if there are any issues/important wildlife related news
• Provide training and technical support to other staff relating to viral campaigns, social media channels, and CPA administration
• Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for related products
• Complete other duties and assignments as specified by the ENV Management Board and/or CPA Program Manager

Job Requirements
• College degree required, degree in media, press, or social sciences is an advantage
• Excellent Vietnamese writing and editing skills required
• Fluent verbal and written English
• Excellent communications skills
• Computer literacy: Word, Excel, basic designing and movie editing, Internet, viral communications, social media
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and pay close attention to details
