Communication Manager

MAIN FUNCTIONALITIES OF THIS POSITION

• Oversee the Communication function of the Vietnam operations,
• Lead Communication Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Will work directly with all key commercial operations in an effort to help prioritize critical initiatives and work cross-functionally to allocate resources for greatest effectiveness,

• Will be responsible for the tactical execution of the company’s demand generation initiatives in support of the business strategy, market goals and organizational objectives,

• Managing campaigns and communications through all phases of launch and maintenance, including reporting, analysis and optimization,

• Delivering and implementing campaigns that can be duplicated in multiple vertical markets,

• Must be proactive, with a strong sense of accountability and a day-to-day focus on bottom-line results,

• Requires a strategic, analytical and hands-on approach to monitoring and improving ROI,

• Work with, implement and support all Compliance and Legal initiatives in line with Executive Management and Corporate Guidelines,

• To provide the necessary oversight for the Communication team to ensure adherence to global communication guidelines.

• Requires a Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred and 5-8 years previous comparable experience,
• PR, Communication, experience in FMCG is a plus,
• Patience, ability to work independently and in group, working under pressure, time management and flexibility,
• Good English & Vietnamese in writing & speaking,
• Good communication skill,
• Pro-active.
