Work location: St. Paul American School Hanoi, Splendora New Urban Area, km 10+600 Thang Long Avenue, Hoai Duc district, Hanoi
** Main Responsibility: To help the Communication Director
** Duties and Responsibilities
• Must be able to speak English & Vietnamese
• Assist the Communication Director with marketing planning, campaigns, event planning & management, email marketing, promotions, newsletters, social media, etc.
• Attend school events & take pictures for marketing & social media use
• Professionally represent the school on and off campus
• Visit external agencies or organizations
• Contact external vendors and companies for pricing quotes
• Translate English to Vietnamese (speaking & writing)

• Bachelor degree
• Advanced knowledge in: Google Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides and/or Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Some graphic design and or print design knowledge (preferred, but not required)
• Program knowledge in: Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign/Premiere, Canva (preferred, not required)
• Good English skills
• Good communication, design, & organizational skills, teamwork-oriented & tech savvy;
• Being honest, responsible, dynamic, enthusiastic
** Experience:
• Having experience of working in foreign-invested companies
• Experience of working in education will be plus
• Advanced knowledge in: Google Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides and/or Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
