Mô tả công việc
- Ensure the product is commercialized according to PD Team transfer pack to achieve design interpretation, construction integrity and cost effectiveness.
- Ensure aesthetic product consistency.
- Ensure commercialization is done according to the Product Development timelines (PDT)
- Manage sample schedule and priorities.
- Lead sample making, review, provide comment and approve commercialization samples (PA).
- Manage flow of product information with PD as per stated guidelines.
- Manage the product execution in partnership with On-site Engineer (OSE) with thorough understanding of materials and materials properties, leather in particular and their impact to cost and production.
- Review TOL and First Production samples with OSE to ensure aesthetic product consistency.
- Handle working cost and final cost for commercialization cycle according to PDT timelines.
- Seek for cost saving opportunities without affecting aesthetics or functionality of the product. Provide and communicate to PD partners on cost options in production if any.
- Lead handover meetings with OSE, Production Operations Directors/Managers and SP to provide technical information, critical quality areas, and special execution etc. after completing the commercialization of the product

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Min. of 7 years of working experience in product development in fashion and casual shoes. High-end brand experience is preferred.
- Min. of 2 years of supervisory skills
- Manufacturing and costing experience in leather goods is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in written and oral English
- Necessary competencies: drive for result, creativity, perseverance and dealing with ambiguity
